Every engagement is scoped upfront and priced as a fixed fee. No hourly rates, no scope creep charges, no variation orders. The fee is agreed in writing before work begins.

Diagnostic first. Always.

There is no discovery phase in the engagement because the diagnostic is the discovery phase. Consulting work starts from a known problem definition, not a generalised assessment.

Measurable outcomes.

Every engagement defines specific, measurable outcomes before work begins, cycle time reduction, dependency reduction, decision velocity improvement. These are tracked and reported, not estimated.

No lock-in.

Phase 1 does not require Phase 2. Phase 2 does not require ongoing advisory retainer. Each phase is self-contained. Most clients implement internally after Phase 1, that is a successful outcome.

Mid-market only.

Engagements are designed for organisations with 50–500 employees. The diagnostic benchmarks, the program design, and the implementation approach are all calibrated for this operating scale.
