The person with the clearest operational picture, typically a Head of Operations, COO, CTO, or a senior delivery lead. The 20 questions ask about specific operational metrics. Some answers may require looking up numbers; that is intentional, as the process of finding the data is itself diagnostic.
How long does it take?
20–30 minutes if you have your operational metrics to hand. The assessment auto-saves progress so you can pause and return. Results are generated immediately on submission.
What does the ROI projection show?
The projection calculates the estimated annual waste in your organisation across flow inefficiency, dependency overhead, decision delays, and manual process. It applies conservative (10–15% recovery), realistic (20–25%), and aggressive (30–50%) scenarios to the wasted portion of capacity only, not to total team cost. Salary inputs use published Australian benchmarks from the Hays and Robert Half salary guides.
What happens after the report?
The report is yours, no lock-in.
